What is the warranty on my drive?
USB drives come with a limited one-year warranty that covers craftsmanship and defects.

Why won't my flash drive work under Microsoft Windows 98?
Microsoft Windows 98 and 98SE users may need to install a driver before they can access their USB drive.  These drivers are available for free on our Downloads page. (coming soon)

Why won't my computer recognize my drive?
Check to be sure your computer supports USB devices and check to make sure the drive is fully inserted into the USB port.  The LED indicator light (if available) should indicate if the drive is correctly connected.
